Course focuses;

During this 1day course you will go through common Osteopathic Articulations and Mobilisation techniques of peripheral & vertebral joints in a safe and effective manner.

Articulations and mobilisations are effectively used within most manual therapies, including osteopathy, chiropractic, physiotherapy, sports therapy and massage therapy. They are a great technique to help with Musculoskeletal Pain, Decreased Range of Motion, Arthritic Joint Changes, Tight & Tense Muscles, Increase Range of Motion, Improve Quality of Movement, And More

Articulation uses LVLA (low velocity low amplitude) of movement within a patients pain free range. Enabling bodies natural lubricating system to lubricate the joint, helping to increase range of motion and/or decreased pain.
