This one day CPD course will consist of both theory and practical.
This CPD course aims to provide you with a wealth of Osteopathic Muscle Energy Techniques (METs), empowering you to seamlessly integrate these new skills into your practice.
This course offers a perfect balance of theory and practical training, giving you the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to effectively relieve muscular pain in your patients. You’ll learn valuable techniques that can easily be integrated into your current treatments, enhancing both your skills as a therapist and the overall patient experience.

- Difference between METs and other types of stretching
- Patient Screening
- Gathering Information
- Contractions & Contraindications
- Practical
9:30am – Arrive and Welcome
10:00am – Theory Presentation
11:30am – PRACTICAL Demonstration of the Difference between PIR and RI METs
1:00pm – Lunch
1:30pm – PRACTICAL Demonstration’s & Practice Legs
2:30pm – PRACTICAL Demonstration’s & Practice Torso
3:30pm – PRACTICAL Demonstration’s & Practice Neck and Shoulders
4:15pm – Wrap up and Q&A
Assessment will be carried out throughout the 1 day course
On completion of the course, a Certificate of attendance will be issued

Entrance Requirements
Must be a qualified therapist such as an;
- Osteopath,
- Physiotherapist,
- Chiropractor,
- Sports Therapist,
- Sports Massage Therapist level 3+
- Etc.
Copy of your qualification maybe requested.

- 2x large bath towels/sheets
