10:00am – Presentation covering theory of Kinesiology Taping
11:30am – PRACTICAL Demonstration and practice Torso
1:00pm – Lunch
1:30pm – PRACTICAL Demonstration and practice Legs and Feet
2:30pm – PRACTICAL Demonstration and practice Arms and Wrists
3:30pm – PRACTICAL Demonstration and practice Neck and shoulders
4:15pm – Wrap up and Q&A
Course Assessment;
Assessment will be carried out throughout the 1 day course
Course Certification;
On completion of the course, a Certificate of attendance will be issued
