This is a 1x day Rehab and Exercise Prescription CPD course, designed with the therapist in mind....
Most therapists are told that exercise is essential to recovery.
Very few are shown how to actually deliver it in a clear, structured, and effective way.
This practical, hands-on workshop bridges that gap.
Designed for osteopaths, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and sports massage therapists etc, this course gives you the tools to confidently assess, prescribe, and progress rehabilitation exercises tailored to each individual client.
You’ll move beyond generic advice and learn how to integrate exercise into your treatments with purpose—helping your clients recover faster, move better, and stay pain-free long-term.
Why This Course Matters
Many practitioners rely on passive treatment alone or provide basic exercise sheets that lack progression and intent. This often leads to:
- Slower recovery times
- Recurrent injuries
- Reduced client confidence and compliance
This course equips you with a clear system to deliver exercise-based rehab that is:
- Structured
- Progressive
- Client-specific
- Outcome-driven
You’ll leave knowing what to prescribe, when to prescribe it, and how to progress it.
What You’ll Learn
Through a blend of theory, demonstration, and hands-on practice, you’ll develop practical skills you can apply immediately in clinic.
- Assessment & Clinical Reasoning
- Understanding Injury & Recovery
