Entrance Requirements:
Level 3 Sports Massage Diploma or equivalent. The student must supply evidence of their qualification.
Course Summary;
A one-day course covering;
Range of Movement (ROM), Passive and Active and what your findings tell you
Postural Assessment (Asymmetry) and what your findings tell you
Massage techniques/hand skills
Linking findings to massage delivery
Trigger Pointing and how to find areas of dysfunction
Assessment Special Tests revisit for Level 4 therapists and taster for Level 3 therapists giving insight into the Level 4 Sports massage course
