Course Structure;
9:30am – Arrive & Welcome
10am – Lower Back Statistics
10:30am – Gathering Information
11am – Common conditions (See course content)
1pm – Lunch
1:30pm – Assessment of the lower back including Special Test Practice
2:30pm – 5x Stages of Rehab with Exercise demonstration and practice
4:00pm – Wrap up and Q&A
Practical observations during the day.
On completion of the course, a Certificate of attendance will be issued

Must be a qualified therapist such as an;
- Osteopath,
- Physiotherapist,
- Chiropractor,
- Sports Therapist,
- Level 4+ Sports Massage Therapist
- Etc.
Copy of your qualification maybe requested.
Minimum Level of requirement; Level 4 Sports Massage
