In this interactive workshop, participants will gain practical skills to enhance their aftercare advice and prescribe tailored rehabilitation exercises. The focus will be on utilising stretches, strength training, proprioception techniques, and movement patterns to facilitate optimal recovery. These techniques are crucial not only for injured athletes but also for individuals in the general population seeking to improve their functional movement and return to a state of pre-symptomatic well-being. By following a structured approach, workshop attendees will learn how to guide clients towards full recovery and help them achieve their movement goals.

Entry Requirements
Level 4 sports massage or above
Payment in full required at time of booking
Must be a qualified manual therapist at Level 4 or above
