Fundamental Skills & Techniques
To begin with, gain a strong foundation in sports massage principles, including pre- and post-event massage, maintaining muscle health, relieving tension, and supporting recovery. In addition, you’ll cover anatomy, physiology, and essential palpation skills so you can truly understand how the body works. (From Level 3.)
Advanced Injury Assessment & Treatment
Building on this foundation, you will learn how to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal issues. (From Level 4.)
Treatment Planning & Client Care

At the same time, you’ll learn how to interpret assessment findings and adapt treatment plans over time. Importantly, professionalism, ethical practice, and client safety remain central throughout.
Hands-On Practical Experience
In addition to theory, you will gain extensive practical experience through workshops and supervised sessions. During this time, you’ll practise palpation across all regions, learn to identify anatomical landmarks, and refine your touch, strength, and technique in real-world scenarios.
