BTST Academy are proud to host this amazing 1x day Refresher Sports Massage CPD course. This course is for you if you have recently qualified as a sports massage therapist but would like a little more practice before setting up or maybe you qualified a few months / years ago and haven’t done much with it so would like to recap!

Course focuses;

Recap of massage techniques, including but not limited to; Effleurage, Petrissage, Tapotement, Pressures/Trigger Points, Passive Stretching

Structuring a massage treatment for main areas of the body, including but not limited to; Legs, Back, shoulders, Neck & Chest.

This course is very flexible and will look to cover the areas in which the participants wish to revisit whist covering the points above. The aim is to help the therapist feel confident in performing a good, safe and effective treatment.

Course Content;

Recap of massage techniques including but not limited to; Effleurage, Petrissage, Tapotement, Pressures/Trigger Points, Passive Stretching
